Meet-up

Can we meet up before the 9th of July? I’ll be going for a holiday then, and I REALLY need to meet you guys. I’ll be free everyday after the 12th of June. Who’s free when? Mad will be back this week right? Or next? My concept of time is seriously warped. Xiu Hui, when will you be back? I miss you! Alright, I’ll set 17/6, 24/6 or 1/7, steamboat at my house. Which day is best?

Hey Girls

Can we please meet up? It's been about 1 month since the start of the holidays! And I haven't seen anyone except Yanzz… Let's not turn into strangers okay? And when is Corinne leaving for her exchange? Where are you going Corinne? And when is Mad coming back? Or is she back already? I feel so un-updated!

Anyway, state when you're free… let's try and fix something.

When the curtains fall

It's really random that I choose to put a word here, at this particular time, an intangible frame of mind.

I think I received one my favourite cards today – splashed in montone grey- not much of a colour yet splashed with emotion, with friendship etched over it. I have been living days with the concept of myself exploding; so much of me, so little of you. Perhaps if I explode, I would vanquish. Yet I feel myself evaporating languidly. Can one fill anymore buckets of pearls? Can one lift one's limbs once more to wave in protest? I have started to pick up that flower again and enjoy the breeze in my hair; or have I? Impetuous temperament – leave me; for I am but a long-lost child struggling with her demons. But I am not world-weary yet, so let me be. Just for a little while.

Places to go

Hey, maybe we should try going to the Pitstop Cafe that Pam once mentioned… we can go there and play games! It'll be fun! Like those days we spent playing Monopoly at the students' lounge… Do you think we can play bridge there? Wahahahaha…

I don't mind trying Pepper Lunch too, never been there before!!!

Steamboat

Remember the steamboat is for the next meeting and not for the 22nd as having it at night would mean that my maid will have to sleep late in order to clean up the place after our gathering, and I really don’t want to impose on her, neither am I willing to do the cleaning up. So it’ll really have to be in the afternoon. Maybe when mad and xiu hui have returned. Where are we headed on the 22nd then? Just some restaurant in town?

I don't mind steamboat, but Sze Hsien's house is so far away!

But if everyone's okay then I'm okay too… hahaha yum yum.
